"IO4 – Evaluation of testing and Guidelines"

This is the report of post testing evaluation activity.
At the end of innovative services’ testing, 5 months past from the start (July 2016), each of the
ECMYNN partners shared specific evaluation report to illustrate their own experiences,
following the common model provided by Lynx.
This documenti is a collection of all partners’ contributions and, by them, an attempt to
delineate affordable guidelines to instituzionalization of services.
Particularly, partners were been asked to deepen the following five dimensions

Particularly, partners were been asked to deepen the following five dimensions

1. Innovative service description: Partners provided an exhaustive description of
innovative service they developed, starting from its ratio and objectives.
2. Context: Partners provided a specification of their own contextes, underlining how the
services are linked with the need of specific territories.
3. Notable aspects of developed innovative services: Partners underlined the really
innovative aspects of the tested services, with respect of their own contextes.
4. Results: Partners reported the main results of the service and underlined the output of
each of realized activities. The underlined also the main beneficiaries, with respect of their
type, number, and the work they’ve done with NEETs. After, they recorded the impact of
the services on the basis of the performance indicators proposed by Lynx.
5. Lessons learned during realized activities with NEETs: partners provided their own
considerations about the lessons learned during the realized activities with NEEts.
6. Follow up to institutionalization of services: Partners provided a follow up of “their
own” services.
